Job Summary

A privately-held digital mental health company is seeking a Remote Behavioral Health Therapy Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, telehealth services in CA (preferred) or WA
• Provide consultation to all therapists across us
• Manage treatment effectiveness protocol

Qualifications Include:

• Licensed as a Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist) in California or Washington
• Minimum of 5 years of direct care experience
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team
• Familiarity with measurement-based care and metrics (e.g., PHQ9 and GAD7)
