Job Summary

An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote Call Agent.

Must be able to:

• Place outbound calls and receive inbound calls
• Interact with medical offices, healthcare providers and office administrators
• Read script and verify affiliated Provider Data

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Must have high speed internet access and a personal computer with windows 10 and 8GB memory
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of provider information
• Ability to identify and escalate any issues
• Flexibility to work up to 40 hrs./week
