Job Summary
A business services company is filling a position for a Remote Call Center Account Supervisor.
Must be able to:
- Provide strategic and analytic insight to clients
- Supervise and manage multiple client programs and/or programs exceeding 20 representatives
- Assist in the management of project team and functional department
