Job Summary

Providing high-level customer service solutions, the part-time or full-time Remote Call Center Agent will make outbound calls, document customer interactions, and maintain knowledge of campaign products and services while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities
  • Make consistent outbound calls specific to assigned programs or projects
  • Document all customer interactions using provided tools
  • Upsell products and services while setting appointments in a business-to-customer format
Required qualifications
  • At least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills and computer literacy
  • Outstanding attendance and punctuality
  • Sales experience is preferred
