Job Summary
Providing high-level customer service solutions, the part-time or full-time Remote Call Center Agent will make outbound calls, document customer interactions, and maintain knowledge of campaign products and services while adhering to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Make consistent outbound calls specific to assigned programs or projects
- Document all customer interactions using provided tools
- Upsell products and services while setting appointments in a business-to-customer format
Required qualifications
- At least one year of call center experience with automatic dialers and call scripting
- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills and computer literacy
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- Sales experience is preferred
