Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual Call Center Agent to perform outbound surveys remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound surveys on various topics and accurately record responses
  • Work flexible shifts, including at least one weekend shift per week
  • Utilize provided survey software to input respondent answers efficiently
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Must be 18 years or older (16+ in SC, GA, and TX)
  • Ability to type at least 30 wpm with accuracy is preferred
  • Must have a dedicated, quiet workspace free of distractions
  • Ability to provide own equipment including a laptop, headset, and webcam
  • Must reside in one of the specified U.S. states
