Key Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to a team calling on behalf of various clients
• Communicate with donors and prospective donors using a scripted approach to secure financial gifts
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics while making multiple calls throughout the day

Required Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet work environment free from interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment and enthusiasm for charitable and non-profit causes
