Key Responsibilities

• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four teams calling on behalf of clients
• Make outbound calls to secure financial gifts from donors using a scripted approach
• Maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics while communicating positively with donors

Required Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet home workspace free from interruptions
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment to charitable and non-profit causes
