Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service solutions through consistent outbound calls
• Document all customer interactions accurately using provided tools
• Upsell products and services while setting appointments in a business-to-customer format

Required Qualifications

• At least one year of call center experience with an automatic dialer and call scripting
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and computer literacy are essential
• Sales experience is preferred
• Must pass a 7-year background check
