Job Summary

Remote Call Center Agent, responsible for making outbound calls to secure financial gifts for various non-profit clients, working part-time or full-time on an hourly basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using predictive dialing equipment to engage with donors and prospective donors
• Communicate using approved scripts to secure financial contributions on behalf of clients
• Maintain productivity metrics while managing calls for multiple clients throughout the day

Required Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a stable employment record
• Dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Basic computer skills
• Commitment to charitable and non-profit causes
• Willingness to learn and demonstrate persistence
