Job Summary

Remote Call Center Agent, who will work part-time or full-time in a fully remote capacity, is responsible for making outbound calls to secure financial gifts for various non-profit organizations while maintaining productivity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to donors and prospective donors using predictive dialing equipment
• Communicate positively and engagingly with callers using approved scripts
• Meet minimum fundraising and productivity metrics throughout the workday

Required Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record
• Dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet home workspace free from interruptions
• Basic computer skills
