Job Summary

To support a dynamic team, the part-time Remote Dispatch Call Center Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, dispatch technicians, and provide exceptional customer service while working in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers daily
  • Dispatching the appropriate technicians or resources to meet customer needs
  • Providing empathetic customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
Required qualifications
  • 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service)
  • Reliable and dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Experience with data entry and word processing
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking English
