Job Summary

Seeking a part-time Remote Call Center Agent, the role involves conducting outbound surveys from home, accurately recording responses on various topics, and requires availability for flexible shifts including weekends.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound surveys and record respondent answers accurately
• Manage calls professionally, handling difficult conversations as needed
• Utilize survey software to input responses efficiently during shifts

Required qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older (16+ in SC, GA, and TX)
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute with accuracy preferred
• Access to a compatible computer and necessary equipment (headset, webcam)
• Dedicated, quiet workspace free of distractions
• Must reside in one of the specified U.S. states
