Seeking dedicated individuals, the fully remote Outbound Call Center Agent will engage with donors on behalf of various non-profit clients, making impactful calls and securing financial contributions while working flexible shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls for multiple clients using predictive dialing equipment, aiming for high productivity metrics
• Communicate positively and enthusiastically with donors and prospective donors, following approved scripts
• Secure financial gifts and maintain minimum fundraising goals while receiving ongoing training

Required qualifications

• One year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record
• Access to a dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet home workspace free from interruptions
• Basic computer skills
