Job Summary

Seeking dedicated individuals, the fully remote Outbound Call Center Agent will engage with donors on behalf of various non-profit clients, making impactful calls while maintaining productivity metrics in a part-time or full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to secure financial gifts from donors using approved scripts
• Handle multiple client accounts throughout the day, averaging 16-24 completed calls per hour
• Achieve minimum fundraising and productivity metrics while maintaining a positive and engaging communication style

Required qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong general employment record
• Dedicated wired internet connection and a quiet home workspace
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn
• Commitment to the charitable and non-profit causes represented
• Persistence and enthusiasm for the role
