Job Summary

Seeking dedicated individuals, the fully remote Outbound Call Center Agent will engage with donors on behalf of various non-profit clients, securing financial contributions while working flexible shifts in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to donors and prospective donors using predictive dialing equipment
• Communicate positively and enthusiastically, following approved scripts to secure financial gifts
• Maintain productivity metrics and participate in ongoing training and team activities

Required qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record
• Access to a dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet home workspace free from interruptions
