Job Summary

Seeking dedicated individuals, the fully remote Outbound Call Center Agent will engage with donors and prospective donors on behalf of various non-profit clients, securing financial contributions while working flexible hours in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using predictive dialing equipment to communicate with donors and secure financial gifts
• Receive in-depth training and be assigned to specific teams calling for multiple clients throughout the day
• Maintain productivity metrics while adhering to approved communication scripts

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment history
• Access to a dedicated wired internet connection
• Ability to work in a quiet environment free from interruptions
• Basic computer skills
