Job Summary

Seeking dedicated individuals, the fully remote Outbound Call Center Agent will engage with donors on behalf of various non-profit clients, making calls to secure financial contributions while maintaining productivity metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to donors and prospective donors using predictive dialing equipment
• Communicate effectively and enthusiastically while following a scripted dialogue approved by clients
• Meet minimum fundraising and productivity metrics throughout the workday

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment history
• Access to a dedicated wired internet connection
• A quiet workspace free from household interruptions
• Basic computer skills
