Job Summary
To support customer inquiries and service requests, the part-time Remote Call Center Agent will answer calls, provide product information, and manage customer complaints while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answers customer calls and provides product and service information
- Handles customer inquiries and resolves complaints effectively
- Documents call information and fulfills customer requests and transactions
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and mechanical parts
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Required language proficiency in English and Spanish
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment
