Job Summary

An IT consulting firm is seeking a Remote Call Center Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Listen to Recorded Calls for Quality Assurance
  • Monitor on a daily basis looking for Call backs that are not happening and unanswered calls
  • Listen to calls by agent and lag calls where agents need additional coaching
