Who are we hiring?
We are now hiring Remote Part Time Call Center Agents to help our customers choose the correct Auto Parts from our Online Catalog. Our Call Center Agents work from home in quiet, professional environment and assist visitors to the website using phone, chat and email. Training and coaching on how to be successful and use our system is provided.
We are specifically looking to hire Remote Call Center Agents for the following time frame:
Monday-Friday 9AM to 7PM Central - each day will have a slightly different shift within those times.
The work week will average 30-40 hours
What does a Remote Call Center Agent do?
The typical inquiry is verifying if a part is carried and what vehicle it fits, also brand selection, quantity check and order inquiry.
Other tasks include order management, issue and conflict resolution and making outbound calls to prospective customers.

Requirements
Some experience working on cars as a profession or hobby.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic keyboarding/typing skills
Pass a background check
Experience in the telesales/call center field is a plus. Spanish is a plus.
Home office set up with reliable and up to date computer.
Reliable high speed internet connection
