Job Summary

A healthcare business and operations provider is filling a position for a Remote Call Center Agent in Marion.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Representing the organization as a top notch service oriented business
  • Transferring consumer to appropriate parties, once approval has been obtained
  • Using judgment in escalating unresolved issues to management

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to adhere to and support organizational IT&S standards, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to attend Privacy and Security Training, as required by the HIPAA Awareness Program
  • Ability to comply with all guidelines, policies and procedures to assure sensitive or confidential information is protected
