Job Summary
A faith-based healthcare organization has an open position for a Remote Call Center Agent in Palm Coast.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering inbound phone calls to the Referral Center
- Answering, accepting, and completing in-bound tasks
- Mailing new patient paperwork and referral information
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Call Center/Practice Telephonic Experience for In and Out bound calls
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
