Job Summary
A healthcare business and operations provider has a current position open for a Remote Call Center Agent in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls to consumers and gain approval from right party consumer to transfer the call to a Customer Service Professional
- Use judgment in escalating unresolved issues to management
- Transfer consumer to appropriate parties, once approval has been obtained
Position Requirements Include:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Have strong listening, oral and written communication skills
- Ability to practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”
- Ability to attend Privacy and Security Training, as required by the HIPAA Awareness Program
- Ability to comply with all guidelines, policies and procedures to assure sensitive or confidential information is protected in accordance with the HIPAA rules and regulations
