Job Summary

A senior care consumer education company is in need of a Remote Call Center Agent in the Central Texas Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Calling caregivers to screen them for employment
  • Speaking with families looking for home care
  • Scheduling interviews

Qualifications Include:

  • Must reside in central Texas with the ability to travel to Austin for training
  • You have strong people skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
  • Ability to receive coaching and implement feedback
  • Ability to meet strict attendance guidelines
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new software quickly
