Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Agent in Toledo.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Placing outbound calls to consumers
  • Gaining approval from right party consumer to transfer the call to a Customer Service Professional
  • Using judgment in escalating unresolved issues to management

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be able to attend Privacy and Security Training, as required by the HIPAA Awareness Program
  • Must be able to adhere to and support organizational IT&S standards, policies, and procedures
  • Must be able to comply with all guidelines, policies and procedures
  • Must be able to practice Gung Ho principles
  • High School diploma or GED
