Job Summary
A banking and investment company has an open position for a Remote Call Center Service Representative in Henderson.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone
- Assisting customers with questions regarding banking needs
- Making appropriate referrals for other bank products and services
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Applications must be received before October 1, 2018
- Ability to work from home following 6 months of employment
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Solid customer service, sales and problem resolution skills
- Working knowledge of bank products and cross selling
- Keyboarding and communication skills; knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing
