A leading online senior care platform has a current position open for a Remote Call Center Care Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Assisting families looking for in home care and assisted living facilities
• Providing outstanding customer service

Position Requirements Include:

• All training is in person at our north Austin location
• Previous call center experience
• A reliable stable hard wired internet connection
• Computer and a headset to make and receive calls
• Availability to fulfill a flexible schedule consisting of days, evenings, and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
