A marketing company is in need of a Remote Call Center Case Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a caseload of complex call center customer service cases
  • Working with customers and automotive dealership personnel
  • Resolving cases as quickly and efficiently as possible

Qualifications Include:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year of customer service experience
  • Ability to problem-solve and negotiate/mediate resolutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer, web navigation and typing skills
