A company in the medical industry is seeking a Remote Call Center Clinical Support Triage Registered Nurse in the Seattle Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Handling a high volume of calls from patient about their health care status
  • Documenting and managing appropriately patient information in the electronic health record
  • Problem-solving to continually improve workflow and patient experience

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Two (2) years of ambulatory healthcare experience
  • Current, unrestricted license in the state of Washington as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and technical skills
  • High familiarity with electronic health records
