Job Summary

A collections agency is in need of a Remote Call Center Collections Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Make outbound telephone calls to customers
• Treat customers with respect
• Negotiate the best possible arrangement

Required Skills:

• Comfortable navigating between multiple computer screens and systems
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Successful completion of a computer assessment is required
• Computer hardware and software must meet the technical requirements
