Job Summary

To ensure seamless coordination and technical readiness for virtual tours, the full-time Remote Call Center Confirmer will verify reservation details, guide technology onboarding, and maintain operational excellence while working from home in Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and confirm tour times and attendee lists while reviewing owner qualifications
• Guide owners through necessary software requirements and troubleshoot connectivity issues prior to tours
• Accurately enter and update reservation data, maintaining up-to-date contact information within company systems

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or virtual support environment
• Vacation Ownership or Timeshare Outbound experience highly preferred
• Proven ability to communicate effectively via telephone and digital channels
• Strength in various tech platforms, including SPI, Excel, Email, Jag, and Max
• Ability to interpret data and solve practical problems while maintaining professionalism with sensitive information
