Job Summary
A technology service and digital transformation consulting firm is seeking a Remote Call Center Contact Center Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Receive inbound phone calls from our prescribers and members
- Utilize multiple software systems to create Prescription cases
- Meet or exceed government mandated timelines
Position Requirements Include:
- Prior call center experience
- Availability for remote workspace audits Inspection
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to type more than 30 WPM
- Proficient in navigation of multiple computer applications
- Ability to effectively communicate while managing multiple software systems
