Job Summary
A technology service and digital transformation consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Contact Center Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving inbound phone calls from our prescribers & members
- Utilizing multiple software systems to create Prescription cases and determine coverage, determination and appeals process
- Meeting or exceeding government mandated timelines
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of general business experience that includes problem resolution, business writing, quality improvement & customer service
- 1+ years of healthcare background
- Team player with excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- 1+ years of call center experience
