Job Summary

A digital healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Call Center Customer Care Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing superior customer care
  • Troubleshooting customer/patient issues relating to product, services, and patient enrollment
  • Responding to inquiries, completing order fulfillment and providing information to customers and accounts

Required Skills:

  • Bachelors or equivalent combination of education
  • 3-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Strong evidence of great customer service via phone, e-mail, fax or web modalities
  • Patient and customer focused, demonstrating professionalism in stressful situations.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
