Job Summary
To support a growing team, the 12+ month contract Call Center Customer Service Representative will provide remote assistance to clients regarding retirement plan payments, handling inquiries and processing requests related to health savings accounts and various employee benefit plans.
Key responsibilities
- Responding to client inquiries about retirement plan payments, including periodic and non-periodic payments
- Assisting clients in understanding their payment options, such as lump sum distributions and rollovers
- Reprinting tax forms and verifying current record information for participants as requested
Required qualifications
- Experience in a call center environment as a customer service representative
- Knowledge of retirement services, including health savings accounts and employee benefit plans (401(k), 403(b), IRA)
- Ability to work rotational and weekend shifts
- Strong communication skills and commitment to client satisfaction
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accurate processing of requests
