Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answer incoming calls for collections and payment arrangements
  • Answer approximately 75-100 incoming calls per day

Required Skills:

  • Ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
  • Must have High School Diploma/GED or similar
  • Minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience in a call center
