Job Summary
An inbound call center and answering service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Dispatch calls as needed per client instructions
- Take incoming calls while following our exceptional call-handling guidelines
- Meet company quality standards and performance metrics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be within a commutable distance to the Miami, FL or Binghamton, NY office for orientation and training
- Type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
- Ability to use a computer, keyboard and mouse
- A high school diploma or GED is required
