A business services company is filling a position for a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Assisting with inbound calls from clients, patients and customers
- Placing outbound calls to members, patients, or doctor’s offices
- Maintaining integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
- Ability to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
- High-speed broadband internet of at least 10 Mbps Upload and 10 Mbps Download
