A business services company is filling a position for a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative.

  • Assisting with inbound calls from clients, patients and customers
  • Placing outbound calls to members, patients, or doctor’s offices
  • Maintaining integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
  • Ability to type at a minimum 25-30 words per minute
  • High-speed broadband internet of at least 10 Mbps Upload and 10 Mbps Download
