A healthcare system is seeking a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Scheduling patient appointments and assisting with patient enquiries
- Serving as the initial point of contact for all marketing activities
- Arranging for other procedures, laboratory and consultations with referral doctors
