A company that operates a network of companies that provide healthcare products and services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answer heavy call volume in a remote call center environment
- Forward calls as necessary to alternate billing departments
