Job Summary

A telecommunications company has a current position open for a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing basic troubleshooting for one or more products or services
  • Utilizing virtual communication tools to engage your manager or support team for assistance
  • Remaining proficient in explaining customer bills as well as managing billing, rate plan and feature matters

Required Skills:

  • Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable and dedicated high speed is required to support business needs)
  • Must maintain workspace in alignment with WFH standards  technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy)
  • Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts
  • Comply with organizational security and compliance standards
