Job Summary
A manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Call Center Electronic Security Technical Support Representative in Fishers.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Accept incoming phone calls from the field technicians and/or customers
- Provide technical support for fire, intrusion, and integrated security systems
- Identify issues and attempt to resolve technical issues
Position Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of experience working in a Call Center Environment ideally in the IT industry
- Strong PC and typing skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), including strong telephone skills
