Job Summary

A manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Call Center Electronic Security Technical Support Representative in Fishers.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Accept incoming phone calls from the field technicians and/or customers
  • Provide technical support for fire, intrusion, and integrated security systems
  • Identify issues and attempt to resolve technical issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ year of experience working in a Call Center Environment ideally in the IT industry
  • Strong PC and typing skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), including strong telephone skills
