Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Call Center Fraud Prevention Representative in Springfield.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering inbound calls for fraudulent /suspicious transaction questions
- Assisting cardholders/financial institutions with lost or stolen card reports
- Monitoring and analyzing transactions to detect suspicious activity
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to work a 3 week training schedule Monday through Friday 5:00 am - 1:30 pm PST
- Must be able to work assigned schedule in a 24/7 call center that will include weekends and holidays
- 1 year of experience in a high volume, inbound contact/call center
