Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Fraud Prevention Representative in Springfield.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Answering inbound calls for fraudulent /suspicious transaction questions
- Assisting cardholders/financial institutions with lost or stolen card reports
- Monitoring and analyzing transactions to detect suspicious activity
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a high volume, inbound contact/call center
- Ability to work a 3 week training schedule Monday through Friday
- Ability to work assigned schedule in a 24/7 call center
