Job Summary

A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Fraud Prevention Representative in Springfield.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Answering inbound calls for fraudulent /suspicious transaction questions
  • Assisting cardholders/financial institutions with lost or stolen card reports
  • Monitoring and analyzing transactions to detect suspicious activity

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a high volume, inbound contact/call center
  • Ability to work a 3 week training schedule Monday through Friday
  • Ability to work assigned schedule in a 24/7 call center
