Job Summary
An environmental services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Call Center Inside Sales Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Taking a high volume of inbound calls
- Assisting current customers and closing new customer sales
- Maintaining a strong customer relationship
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- One (1) or more years of customer service or call center environment experience
- Commitment to always putting the customer first
- Excellent verbal, written and keyboarding skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to complete a mandatory 6-week paid training
