Job Summary

An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Call Center Licensed Insurance Advisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound calls to sell health insurance plans
  • Providing accurate information to prospects using Advise's quality and compliance standards
  • Placing outbound calls for member outreach and welcome calls to new members

Position Requirements Include:

  • Primarily work from home following initial training
  • Must have valid residential state Health Insurance License
  • Proficiently work with Windows and comfortably navigating between websites to assist callers requesting information
  • Able to absorb, retain, and explain a working knowledge of product plans and general Medicare information
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A respectful tone and professional demeanor
