Job Summary
An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Call Center Licensed Insurance Advisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting callers quickly and professionally by fielding inbound calls to sell health insurance plans
- Providing accurate information to prospects using Advise's quality and compliance standards
- Placing outbound calls for member outreach and welcome calls to new members
Position Requirements Include:
- Primarily work from home following initial training
- Must have valid residential state Health Insurance License
- Proficiently work with Windows and comfortably navigating between websites to assist callers requesting information
- Able to absorb, retain, and explain a working knowledge of product plans and general Medicare information
- High school diploma or GED
- A respectful tone and professional demeanor
