Job Summary

A provider of solutions for business process and contact management centers has an open position for a Remote Call Center Licensed Insurance Sales Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls demonstrating product knowledge and benefits
  • Generate new insurance quotes and cross sell related products
  • Work from your home work space and report to work every day on time for the first 90 days

Required Skills:

  • Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License in your resident state
  • 1 year of call center experience, or 1 year of experience at an insurance agency if you do not have call center experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Meet home office and workstation minimum technical requirements
