Job Summary
A provider of solutions for business process and contact management centers has an open position for a Remote Call Center Licensed Insurance Sales Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls demonstrating product knowledge and benefits
- Generate new insurance quotes and cross sell related products
- Work from your home work space and report to work every day on time for the first 90 days
Required Skills:
- Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License in your resident state
- 1 year of call center experience, or 1 year of experience at an insurance agency if you do not have call center experience
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Meet home office and workstation minimum technical requirements
