A business process outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Call Center Licensed Insurance Sales Representative in Chicago.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Generating new insurance quotes
• Providing a policy that will meet the customer's needs and satisfaction
• Cross-selling products associated with insurance coverage

Required Skills:

• Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License in your resident state
• 1-year of call center experience
• 1-year of experience at an insurance agency if you do not have call center experience
• Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Comfortable using primarily e-mail and chat to communicate with colleagues daily
• Highly driven with sales goals
