An internet technology company is seeking a Remote Call Center LRS Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing leadership to and manages the work activities of direct reports
  • Developing and maintaining efficient work flow patterns
  • Directing the preparation of special reports and analyses for area(s) of responsibility

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a customer service / call center environment
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and develop staff
  • SQL skills database analysis and basic development understanding
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work quickly
