An internet technology company is seeking a Remote Call Center LRS Operations Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing leadership to and manages the work activities of direct reports
- Developing and maintaining efficient work flow patterns
- Directing the preparation of special reports and analyses for area(s) of responsibility
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a customer service / call center environment
- Ability to manage, motivate, and develop staff
- SQL skills database analysis and basic development understanding
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work quickly
