Job Summary
Managing a remote team of Call Center Supervisors, the full-time temporary Call Center Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with FEMA project objectives, and support survivors of natural disasters while working flexible hours, including weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to meet performance metrics and customer service level agreements
- Evaluate training needs and ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures
- Monitor performance goals and provide leadership on quality and operational issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three years of management experience or five years of related experience
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check
- Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and perform operational analyses
- Strong client management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
