Job Summary

Managing a remote team of Call Center Supervisors, the full-time temporary Call Center Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with FEMA project objectives, and support survivors of natural disasters while working flexible hours, including weekends.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations to meet performance metrics and customer service level agreements
  • Evaluate training needs and ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures
  • Monitor performance goals and provide leadership on quality and operational issues
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Three years of management experience or five years of related experience
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale operations and perform operational analyses
  • Strong client management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
